Grange is an outstanding British Curriculum school delivering the Cambridge curriculum. Grange is a rewarding, innovative and fulfilling place to work.
Grange has small classes taught by excellent and enthusiastic teachers. In the Primary school we have Teaching Assistants who support students and teachers across all subjects and year groups. The ‘Unique Learning Department’ supports students across the whole school who have individual learning needs. We have a wide range of staff including career advisor, councillors, nurses, sports coaches, trips and events coordinator, maintenance, security and administration support operations staff.
We are an equal opportunities employer committed to the on-going professional development of all of our staff, aligning with our mote of a ‘culture of continuous improvement’. Staff are provided with many opportunities to undertake CPD both within school, across the region and internationally, including AISEN, APEN, CIE and COBIS training.
We have strong connections with the top UK Independent Schools and have partnered with schools such as St.Marys, Sevenoaks, Queen Ethelburga’s College, LVS Ascot, Kingswood, Roedean, Truro High School for Girls where Grange teachers visit the UK for school CPD visits in the UK. These and many other UK schools visit Grange every year and provide CPD workshops for teachers and support staff.
